When you purchase a gift card from Artemis for $50, you can choose to be entered in the contest to win. PLUS, you can use that gift certificate online or in the store! You can purchase your gift card by calling us at 614.793.8346, coming into our office at 6108 Parkcenter Circle, or online!

IMPORTANT:
You must enter "Contest" in the coupon code when you checkout. You will be given a choice of how much you'd like the gift certificate to be worth. Select $50 or more if you'd like to qualify for entry into the contest. (You will also be given the choice of having your gift certificate emailed to you or sent through traditional mail. It does not make any difference which delivery method you choose.)

Purchase as many gift cards as you wish - each $50 will count as a separate entry in the contest. PLEASE NOTE: A maximum of $50 in gift cards may be applied to any one purchase at Artemis Medical Center. For example, if a product costs $100, you may only use $50 in gift cards toward that purchase. You may use additional gift cards on subsequent purchases (24 hours between purchases required).

Making a donation of $50 or more to May the World Dance, Inc.
May the World Dance, Inc. 501 (c) (3) is an Ohio based non-profit organization that provides services to low to moderate income individuals and families in Muskingum County, Ohio. The primary focus is to provide services to children, adults and persons with disabilities who suffer from obesity related issues and/or complications.

May the World Dance provides an introduction to weight management that is safe and effective. Weight management for this select group is complicated and deserves utmost respect in regards to prescription, genetics, medication, health issues, disease, psychology, sociology, physical limitations, application of prescription exercise protocols and appropriated communication.

There are 3 ways to donate money:

2.) Mail check payable to Artemis with "May the World Dance Donation" in the memo and mail it to 6108 Parkcenter Circle, Dublin, OH 43017
3.) Call 614.793.8346 ex.200 to donate over the phone.
